蔬菜湯凍|Vegetable Jelly



材料:
1. 香菇粉 -1大匙
2. 蟹柳 -1條
2. 綠野花菜 -少許
3. 玉米 -少許
4. 香菇 - 1朵
5. 洋菜粉 -10克
6. 水 -500毫升
7. 鹽 - 1/4杯

步驟:
1. 把所有材料切碎
2. 水裡加入少許鹽,把所有材料稍微燙熟1分鐘左右
3. 準備一鍋水,加入香菇粉和洋菜粉拌融,放涼備用
4. 把切碎的材料依序疊在容器裡,再把放涼的湯倒入容器裡
5. 放入冰箱冷凍2小時即可

筆記:
1. 蔬菜可依照個人口味搭配
2. 湯的口味可以用柴魚或鰹魚湯代替



Ingredients:
1. Mushroom - 1tbsp
2. Crabstick - 1
3. Broccoli 
4. Corn
5. Mushroom - 1
6. Gelatin powder - 10g
7. Water - 500ml

Step:
1. Minced all the ingredients.
2. Boil all ingredients in salted water separately. About 1-2 minutes.
3. Add mushroom powder and dissolve gelatine powder to make the soup. Set aside and let it cool
4. Put ingredients in form, depending your preference. Pour the soup over ingredients.
5. Leave the jelly in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
