酪梨酱香煎肉饼 Easy Meafloaf With Creamy Avocado Sauce




Ingredients:
1. Ground beef - 100g
3. Bread crumbs - 20g
4. Minced onion - 20g
5. Egg - 1
6. Cheddar cheese - as preference 

Avocado Sauce:
1. Avocado - 1
2. Milk - 50ml

Seasoning:
1. Salt - 1tbsp
2. Black pepper - 1tbsp

Method:
1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, seasoning in a bowl, stir until well blended. 
2. Shape meat mixture to round patty.
3. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes. (You can add cheddar cheese slice on top, cover the pan cook for 3-4 minutes until cheese melted.)
4. Mash potato flesh, add milk and seasoning with salt and pepper. You can add lemon juice if you need.


材料:
1. 牛絞肉 -100克
2. 麵包糠 - 20克
3. 洋蔥碎 - 20克
5. 雞蛋 - 1顆
6. 切達起司 - 依喜好

酪梨醬:
1. 酪梨 - 1顆
2. 牛奶 - 50毫升

調味:
1. 鹽 - 1湯匙
2. 黑胡椒 - 1湯匙

步驟:
1. 洋蔥碎,麵包糠,牛奶,雞蛋和所有調味料加入牛絞肉,用力攪拌均勻至有粘性
2. 肉餡慢慢塑形至圓形輕輕壓扁
3. 每一面煎大約3-4分鐘。(如果有用起司的話煎好一面後把切達起司鋪上肉餅蓋上鍋蓋煎)
4. 酪梨壓成蓉,加入牛奶鹽和胡椒調味
5. 擺盤後即可上桌

筆記:
1. 酪梨醬可以醬少許檸檬汁調味有開胃作用,也可避免氧化。酪梨控表示如果加了會品嚐不到酪梨的味道,但吃了會很飽
2. 肉餅加入所有材料後記得用力攪拌至有黏性不然煎的時候可能會散掉
3. 肉餅方面我也曾用過不同的肉類製作:牛肉比較結實,雞肉中等,豬肉比較多汁
