懶人料理 薯泥烤蛋|Baked Potatoes with Eggs



材料:
1. 馬鈴薯 - 4顆
2. 雞蛋 - 3顆
3. 香腸 - 1根
4. 牛奶 - 50ml
5. 奶油 - 適量
6. 鹽
7. 黑胡椒
8. 混合香料

步驟:
1. 馬鈴薯煮軟壓成泥。
2. 薯泥裡加入奶油,鮮奶,香腸。
3. 所有材料混合後以鹽,黑胡椒和混合香料調味。
4. 準備烤盤或碟子,把薯泥鋪平,然後用湯匙挖幾個洞,洞的深度要足夠打入一顆蛋。
5. 180度烤15分鐘。

Ingredients:
1. Potato - 4
2. Egg - 3
3. Sausage - 1
4. Milk - 50ml
5. Butter
6. Salt
7. Black pepper
8. Mixed herbs

Step:
1. Cook potatoes until soft and mash it.
2. Mix in butter, milk and sausage.
3. Seasoned with salt, black pepper and mixed herbs.
4. Use spoon to make holes in the potato, make sure it is big enough to hold an egg. Fill each hole with an egg.
5. Baked 200C for about 20 minutes.
