蒜香辣醬烤雞棒 | Sriracha Chicken Wings



材料:
1. 雞棒 6隻
2. 蒜味辣醬 2湯匙
3. 混合香料 1/2湯匙
4. 檸檬胡椒粉 1/2湯匙
5. 蜜糖 1湯匙
6. 鹽 1茶匙

步驟:
1. 將雞棒洗乾淨,徹底抹乾
2. 把辣醬,混合香料,檸檬蒜粉,蜜糖和鹽加至雞鎚醃製1小時
3. 把焗爐預熱,溫度為180C
4. 放入烤箱烤15分鐘
5. 15分鐘後,把雞翅膀反轉,再烤5分鐘

筆記:
1. 蒜味辣醬不一定要用同樣的牌子,看看家裡有什麼辣醬都可以用喔

醬料製作:
1. 酸奶 -1/2杯
2. 檸檬汁 - 1湯匙
3. 檸檬屑 -1茶匙
4. 蒜蓉 -1/2茶匙

步驟:
1. 把所有東西混合即可

筆記:
1. 口味方面隨意調整,想吃鹹可加點鹽,想吃甜可加點蜜糖,或兩樣都加,要慢慢加期間不斷試味道
2. 酸奶可用美乃滋代替,口味一個人喜好,可加蜜糖鹽巴等等調味



Ingredient:
1. Chicken Drumette - 6
2. Sriracha hot sauce - 2 tbsp
3. Mixed herbs - 1/2 tbsp
4. Lemon pepper - 1/2 tbsp
5. Honey - 1 tbsp
6. Salt - 1 tsp

Direction:
1. Wash chicken wing, pat dry.
2. Marinate chicken wings with sriracha hot sauce, mixed herbs, lemon pepper, honey and salt for 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 180°c
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Turn chicken wings over, bake for another 5 minutes.

Tips:
1. It's not necessary to use what sauce i'm using, any kind of hot sauce will do.

Dipping Sauce:
1. Yogurt - 1/2 cup
2. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
3. Lemon zest - 1 tsp
4. Minced garlic - 1/2 tsp

Direction:
1. Mixed everything together in a bowl, season to taste.

Tips:
1. Taste is adjustable, you can add salt or sweeten with honey.
2. You also can use mayonaise instead of yogurt.
