健康輕食鮪魚煎餅|Healthy Tuna Cakes



材料:
1. 水浸鮪魚 - 1罐
2. 燕麥 - 1/2杯
3. 蒜末 - 1瓣
4. 洋蔥 - 1/4顆
5. Parsley - 1/4杯
6. 雞蛋 - 1顆
7. 美乃滋 -1/4杯

調味:
1. 鹽
2. 胡椒粉
3. 柠檬汁 - 2汤匙

步驟:
1. 把罐頭鮪魚瀝乾水份
2. 麦片加入搅拌机搅至粉状
3. 將所有材料充份拌勻
4. 把鮪魚料分成四份,揉至球狀壓扁
45. 煎2-3分鐘至金黃即可

筆記:
1. 燕麥粉代替麵粉,吃起來更健康
2. 追求更健康的話,用酸奶代替美乃滋,同時省略掉檸檬汁。因為兩者都是酸的
3. 把香料盛在碗裡,用剪刀剪碎,防止香味流失
4. 餡料弄成肉餅後,要是覺得太軟不容易操作,可以把肉餅放進冰箱冰1小時

5. 一罐鮪魚一顆蛋的份量,煎出來的質感比較軟,如果希望口感實在一點,不妨加多一顆蛋

Ingredients:
1. Tuna in water - 1 can
2. Cooking oat - 1/2 cup
3. Minced garlic - 1
4. Onion - 1/2
5. Parsley - 1/4 cup
6. Egg - 1
7. Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup

Seasoning:
1. Salt
2. Pepper
3. Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp

Step:
1. Drain the water from canned tuna.
2. Blend oat to flour. 
3. Combined everything. Stir in pasley, salt and pepper
4. Form mixture into patties.
5. Fry the tuna cake 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Serve immediately
