泰式香茅蒜香烤雞翅 | Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Wings




材料:
1. 雞翅膀 6隻
2. 香茅(略拍切碎) 6支
3. 魚露 1湯匙
4. 黑醬油 1/2茶匙
5. 蒜蓉 1瓣
6. 朝天椒(略拍切碎) 1隻
7. 姜 1小塊
8. 酸柑(小) 4個

步驟:

1. 將雞翅膀洗乾淨,徹底抹乾
2. 用刀把香茅的根部大力拍一下,令香茅的味道流出,再切薄片
3. 把薑塊,蒜蓉,朝天椒,魚露,黑醬油,香茅和酸柑汁加至雞翅膀中
4. 倒入橄欖油,令各香料的香氣輕易滲出來。拌勻,確保雞翼已均勻地塗上醃料,醃製至少一小時
5. 把焗爐預熱,溫度為180C
6. 放入烤箱烤10分鐘
7. 10分鐘後,把雞翅膀反轉,在雞皮塗上薄薄一層橄欖油,令外皮更香脆。再烤5分鐘


Ingredient:
1. Chicken Wing - 6
2. Lemongrass - 6
3. Fish Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
4. Dark Soy Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
5. Minced garlic - 1
6. Chilli - 1
7. Ginger - 1 small piece
8. Lime - 4

Direction:
1. Wash chicken wing, pat dry.
2. Minced lemongrass.
3. Marinate chicken wings with ginger, minced garlic, chilli, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, lemongrass and lime juice.
4. Add olive oil to chicken wings to let spices disperse better.
5. Preheat oven to 180°c
6. Bake for 10 minutes.
7. Turn chicken wings over, spread some olive oil on it to get crispy skin, bake for another 5 minutes.
