材料:(2人份)
1. 雲吞皮
2. 年糕 - 1個 (小)
3. 芋頭 - 100克
4. 南瓜 - 100克
5. 蛋黃 - 1顆
步驟:
1.預熱烤箱至攝氏180度
2. 將年糕,芋頭和南瓜切成細條,長度大概3cm,視雲吞皮大小而定
3. 芋頭和南瓜條用大火蒸7分鐘
4. 去一片雲吞皮,將年糕,芋頭和南瓜放在中間,卷折兩邊再卷上
5. 在卷好的雲吞年糕上刷上一層蛋黃
6. 放入烤箱烤10分鐘
筆記:
1. 芋頭和南瓜用炸的比較容易定型,包起來也比較容易
2. 如果擔心烤的時候年糕漏出來,雲吞皮折兩邊時刷上蛋漿再卷上
3. 不想用烤的可以改用炸,更加香酥可口

1. Wonton Wrappers
2. Rice Cake - 1 (small)
3. Yam - 100g
4. Pumpkin - 100g
5. Egg Yolk - 1
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180˚C.
2. Cut rice cake, yam and pumpkin into short, thin strips, around 3cm depend on the size of wonton wrappers.
3. Steam yam and pumpkin for 7 minutes.
4. Place rice cake, yam and pumpkin strips on a wonton wrappers, fold tightly.
5. Brush some egg yolk on folded wonton.
6. Baked 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
