超高顏值玫瑰餃子|Rose Dumplings



材料:
1. 水餃皮
2. 豬絞肉 - 300克
3. 蘿蔔碎 - 50克
4. 青蔥碎 - 50克

調味:
1. 醬油 - 2湯匙
2. 胡椒粉 - 1湯匙
3. 太白粉 - 1湯匙
4. 麻油 - 1/2湯匙
5. 糖 - 1/2湯匙
6. 白酒 - 2 湯匙

步驟:
1. 在豬絞肉裡加入蔥末和蘿蔔碎
2. 將五個水餃皮互相交疊
3. 手指沾點水在水餃皮邊緣點一下,加入餡料對折,從一端捲起,餃子皮邊緣再沾點水黏合
4. 蒸10分鐘

Ingredients: 
1. Dumplings wrappers
2. Ground pork - 300g
3. Minced carrots - 50g
4. Minced spring onions - 50g

Seasoning:
1. Soy sauce - 2tbsp 
2. Pepper - 1tbsp
3. Corn starch - 2tbsp
4. Sesame oil - 1/2tbsp
5. Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
6. Rice wine - 2tbsp

Directions:
1.  Combined ground pork, minced carrots, minced green onions and seasoning and mix well, marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Overlapping 5 pieces of dumplings wrapper.
3. Dip your finger in the water and lightly wet the edge of the dumpling wrapper, spoon some filling in the middle of the wrapper, roll it and seal the wrapper. 

4. Steamed for 10 minutes.
