快速料理羊肉蓋飯|Japanese Lamb Rice Bowl


材料:
1. 羊肉片 - 200克
2. 柴鱼高汤 - 250毫升
3. 洋葱 - 1颗

调味:
1. 酱油 - 3汤匙
2. 米酒 - 2汤匙
3. 糖 - 1汤匙
4. 青葱 - 适量

步骤:
1. 洋葱切片
2. 准备热锅,加入少许油,少许奶油,把洋葱炒香
3. 放入羊肉,待羊肉渐渐变熟后加入少許米酒
4. 倒入柴鱼高汤,加入醬油,糖,最后加入米酒即可

温泉蛋做法:
1. 5杯水煮沸离火
2. 加入一杯水
3. 蓋上鍋蓋燜13分鐘
4. 撈起放涼5分鐘

秘訣:
1. 用奶油炒過的洋蔥的會更香
2. 想要比較多汁可以加多點柴魚高湯
3. 羊肉逐漸變色後加入米酒可以辟除一些羊羶味
4. 不想吃溫泉蛋可以把雞蛋倒入羊肉上煮至嫩滑

Ingredients:
1. Lamb slices - 200g
2. Dashi stock -  250ml
3. Onion - 1

Seasoning: 
1. Soy sauce - 3tbsp
2. Rice wine - 2tbsp
3. Sugar - 1tbsp
4. Scallions 

Instruction:
1. Slice onion
2. Heat up the pan, add some oil and butter, stir fried onion until fragrant 
3. Add meat, cook until half pink and add some rice wine.
4. Add dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar, and rice wine before serve. 

How to make sold boiled egg
1. Boiled 5 cups of water, set aside
2. add 1 cup of water
3. Cover lid and simmer for 13 mins
4. Remove egg, set aside for 5 mins
