日式奶油咖喱烏冬 | Japanese Cream Curry Udon


材料:
1. 日式咖喱塊 - 20克
2. 雞胸肉 - 50克
3. 烏冬麵 - 1包
4. 蘿蔔 - 50克
5. 馬鈴薯 - 1/4顆
6. 水 - 200毫升

奶油:
1.馬鈴薯 - 半顆
2. 鮮奶油 - 100毫升
3. 牛奶 - 25毫升
4. - 1/2茶匙
5. 黑胡椒 - 1/2茶匙

步驟:
1. 燒熱油鍋,加入蘿蔔和馬鈴薯塊翻炒5分鐘
2. 加入雞肉塊,水和咖喱塊
3. 煮至醬汁濃稠,轉小火煮15分鐘
4. 馬鈴薯蒸熟壓成泥。把薯泥,鮮奶油和牛奶倒入攪拌機攪拌,少許鹽和胡椒粉調味,攪拌1-2分鐘至濃稠
5. 把烏冬煮熟後和咖喱拌勻
6. 咖喱烏冬準備好後即可鋪上奶油


Ingredient:
1. Japanese curry cube - 20g
2. Chicken breast - 50g 
3. Udon noodles - 1 pack
4. Carrot - 50g
5. Potato - 1/4pcs
6. Water - 200ml

White cream:
1. Potato - 1/2
2. Whipping cream - 100ml
3. Milk - 25ml
4. Salt - 1/2 tbsp
5. Black pepper - 1/2 tbsp

Direction:
1. Add oil on the pan and stir-fry carrot and potato for 5 minutes
2. Add chicken, water and curry cube
3. Cook until curry becomes thick, turn to low hear and cook for 15 minutes
4. In a blender, put mashed potato, cream and milk, seasoned with salt and pepper. Blend for 1-2 minutes until the sauce becomes foamy.
5. Cooked udon, transfer curry and udon to a plate.

6. When the curry udon is done, pour cream sauce on top.
