材料:
1.甜番薯 - 200克
2. 糯米粉 - 100克
3. 糖 - 2湯匙
4. 牛奶 - 25毫升
5. 起司片 -2片

步驟:
1. 蕃薯切塊蒸軟
2. 蕃薯壓成泥,慢慢加入糯米粉揉成麵團
3. 芝士片切成條(約2cm),包入麵團裡,揉成圓形,壓扁然後稍微整理形狀
4. 煎之前拍上少許糯米粉煎至金黃
5. 灑上少許糖份即可
筆記:
1. 蕃薯品種水份不一,揉成麵團的時候如果太黏膩可以慢慢加入糯米粉,太乾可慢慢加點牛奶
2. 煎之前在蕃薯餅上拍上少許糯米粉,不但可以增加脆度,還可以防止黏鍋

1. Sweet potato - 200g
2. Glutinous rice flour - 100g
3. Sugar - 2tbsp
4. Milk - 25ml
Direction:
1. Cut potato into pieces. Steam potato until softened.
2. Mash sweet potato, mix in glutinous rice and knead into a dough.
3. Cut cheese slice into strips, about 2cm. Wrap a strip of cheese with each dough portion. Knead into a small ball and pressing it down and reshaping.
4. Heat frying pan with oil, fried sweet potato cakes until golden brown.
5 Sprinkle with caster sugar.
