Crispy Baked Avocado Fries | 免油炸酪梨

Ingredient (Serves 2):
1. Avocado - 1
2. Crushed corn flakes - 2 cups
3. All-purpose flour -1/2 cup
4. Egg - 1

Dipping Sauce:
1. Mayonaise
2. Sriracha sauce
3. Shichimi Togarashi

Method:
1. Slice avocado to lengthwise.
2. Crush cornflakes.
3. Beat the egg and set aside.
4. Dip avocado wedges into flour, turning into coat, dip in egg mixture, then coat with crushed cornflakes, press both sides into cornflakes. Transfer coated pieces to a rimmed baking sheet.
7. Preheat oven to 200°C.
8. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 20 minutes.
9. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.
10. Now you are done!

材料:
1. 酪梨 - 1颗
2. 玉米脆片- 2杯
3. 麵粉 - 1/2 杯
4. 鸡蛋 - 1颗

沾酱:
1. 美乃滋
2.  是拉差香甜辣椒醬
3. 七味唐辛子

1. 酪梨切块。
2. 玉米脆片压碎。
3. 雞蛋攪拌均勻,麵粉備用。
4. 將酪梨依序沾上麵粉,蛋液,玉米脆片,緊壓後放在鋪了烘培紙的烤盤上
5. 把烤爐預熱至200°C。,大約烤20分鐘烤至金黃
6. 醬料方面把美乃滋和是拉差香甜辣椒醬攪拌均勻後灑上七味唐辛子即可。
