Salted Egg Yolks Seafood Spaghetti|鹹蛋海鮮義大利麵





Ingredients:
1. Spaghetti 50g
2. Salted egg yolk 2
3. Mussels 6
4. Shrimps 4
5. Milk 100ml
6. Butter 20g
7. Salt and pepper
8. Furikake Seasoning 

Instruction:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions
2. Drain, add 1tbsp olive oil mix well and set aside
3. Steam salted egg yolk and mash finely
4. Add butter to pan
5. Fry salted egg yolks until foamy
6. Add milk
7. Add pepper
8. Add salt
9. Bring to a boil
10. Add mussels and shrimps
11. Cover the lid for 2 minutes
12. Simmer on low, add spaghetti and mix well
13. You can also add more salted egg yolks for your preference
14. Sprinkle with some furikake seasoning

2. 鹹蛋黃 2顆
3. 青口 6個
4. 蝦子 4隻
5. 鮮奶 100毫升
6. 奶油 20克
7. 鹽和胡椒粉 適量
8. 青海苔芝麻碎

步驟:
1. 依據義大利麵包裝指示時間把麵煮熟
2. 瀝乾,加入一小匙橄欖油拌勻備用
3. 蒸熟鹹蛋黃後放在篩子裡面碾壓,過篩更細膩
4. 平底鍋小火加熱融化奶油
5. 加入鹹蛋黃炒至起泡
6. 加入牛奶
7.加入鹽巴
8.加入胡椒粉
9. 把醬汁收至有點濃稠
10. 加入青口和蝦子
11. 蓋上鍋蓋煮2分鐘
12. 加入義大利麵拌勻
13. 若希望能有點鹹蛋顆粒的口感,可加入剛才壓剩的鹹蛋黃碎
14. 灑上一些青海苔芝麻碎即可
