Homemade Potato Smiley Fries | 笑脸马铃薯饼






Ingredients:
1. Potato - 4 Boiled and mash
2. Corn flour - 4 tbsp or use more if required
3. Cheese powder - 1tbsp
4. Salt & pepper - 1tbsp
5. Enough oil to deep fry

Method:
1. Mash potatoes very fine. 
2. Mix cheese powder, salt & pepper and mix well.
3. Add in corn flour and mix well. Shape to dough.
4. Put this dough in fridge and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Cut it out and gently shape nicely.
6. Make smiley faces on them with a straw and spoon.
7. Sprinkle with little corn flour on them, it will make them crispy. 
8. Deep fry them in hot oil.
9. Serve with your favourite dip.

* You can keep it in the freezer and deep fry them later.
* Sprinkle with a little corn flour before fry them to make them a little crisper.
* You can also add flavoring of your choice. 



材料:
1. 馬鈴薯 - 4顆
2. 玉米粉 - 6湯匙 
3. 芝士粉 - 適量
4. 鹽和胡椒粉 - 適量
5. 油

步驟:
1. 馬鈴薯去皮切塊蒸熟壓成泥。
2. 加入芝士粉,鹽和胡椒粉。
3. 慢慢加入玉米粉揉成麵團。
4. 把麵團放入冰箱30分鐘。
5. 把麵團桿成大約6毫米的薄片。用模具印出圓形,有點要求的話可以再調整。
6. 取一支筷子戳出一雙眼睛在用小湯匙印出嘴巴的形狀。
7. 炸之前拍上少許麵粉,除了有定型的作用,還可以增加脆度。
8. 燒熱油鍋,中小火炸致金黃即可。

*可以先製作好收在冰箱裡,想吃的時候直接油炸。
*口味可以自行調整,可以加上羅勒葉或辣椒粉等等調味。
