Eggs In Clouds With Parmesan Cheese & Bacon | 雲朵雞蛋培根





Ingredient:
1. Egg - 2
2. Bacon
3. Parmesan Cheese 
4. Salt
5. Mixed herbs

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
2. Fried bacon and chop into small pieces.
3. Separate the eggs, beat it with mixer on medium high speed until stiff peaks form.
4. Scoop the egg white mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Create a small deep well in centre of each, carefully place an egg yolk in each well.
5. Season with some mixed herbs and salt. 
6. Bake for 10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bacon bits.


材料:
1. 雞蛋 - 2隻
2. 培根 - 2片
3. 巴馬臣芝士碎 - 適量
4. 鹽 - 適量
5. 混合香料

步驟:
1.預熱烤箱至攝氏180度
2. 將培根煎脆,切成碎片
3. 小心把蛋黃和蛋白分開,將蛋白打發成蛋白霜
4. 將蛋白分開兩分放在鋪上牛油紙的烤盤上,中間挖個洞,把蛋黃放進去
5. 混合香料和鹽巴調味
6. 放入烤箱烤10分鐘

7. 最後灑上巴馬臣芝士碎和培根碎即可
