Bacon Puff Pastry Pinwheels | 培根酥捲




Ingredient: 
1. Bacon
2. Puff pastry
3. Flour
4. Black pepper
5. Parmesan Cheese

1. Cut bacon in half lengthwise.
2. Roll puff pastry about 3mm thick and cut into strips.
3. Place bacon on puff pastry, roll up to rose shape.
4. Seal the edge.
5. Spread some oil to the mold and place bacon roll on it.
6.  Preheat oven at 200’c, bake for about 15mins, or until golden brown.
7. Sprinkle with some black pepper, cheese powder and minced parsley.

材料:
1. 培根
2. 酥皮
3. 麵粉
4. 黑胡椒
5. 芝士粉

1. 把培根切半。
2. 把酥皮桿成約3mm厚然後切成自己想要的長度。
3. 將培根舖在酥皮上,從一端捲起成花的形狀。
4. 尾端稍微壓一壓防止脫落。
5. 在模具上塗一層油。
6. 烤箱預熱200度烤15分鐘。
7. 撒上黑胡椒,芝士粉和巴西利碎即可。
