How To Make Cornflake Crusted Baked Chicken | 香脆玉米片烤雞柳條





Ingredient (Serves 2): 
1. Boneless chicken breast - 1
2. Crushed corn flakes - 2 cups
3. All-purpose flour -1/2 cup
4. Egg - 1

Seasoning: 
1. Black pepper
2. Basil leaves
3. Chilli flakes 
4. Salt

Method: 
1. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
2. Place the cornflakes into a Ziploc bag and crush it. 
3. Cut chicken breast into strips.
4. Seasoned with black pepper and salt, marinate for 15 minutes.
5. Beat the egg and set aside.
6. Dip chicken into flour, turning into coat, dip in egg mixture, then coat with crushed cornflakes, press both sides into cornflakes. Transfer coated pieces to a rimmed baking sheet.
7. Preheat oven to 220°C.
8. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes. 
9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
