Ingredient:
1. Potatoes
2. Mozzarella cheese
3. Fried bacon
4. Butter - 1tablespoon
5. Milk - 20ml
6. Mixed herbs
7. Black pepper
8. Salt, to taste
Method:
1. Cover the potatoes with water and put the lid on the pot, bring it to a boil. Stick a fork into a potato and it goes in easily, the potatoes are done. Run cold water over the potatoes and you can peel off the cooked skin easily.
2. Chop bacon finely.
3. Mash the potatoes.
4. Mix in bacon chunks, butter, milk, salt and black pepper.
5. Add cheese on top.
6. Heat oven to 200°C and bake for 10-15 minutes.
食材:
1. 馬鈴薯 2個
2. 培根 2片
4. 牛奶 30ml
5. 芝士
6. 奶油
7. 混合香料
8. 黑胡椒
作法:
1. 把馬鈴薯煮熟撈起備用。
2. 把培根煎熟切碎。
3. 馬鈴薯去皮壓成泥。
4. 壓成泥後加入牛奶,奶油,培根碎和黑胡椒拌勻。
5. 把薯泥加入容器裡,表面壓平。
6. 把大量芝士鋪在薯泥上。
7. 把烤爐預熱至200°C,大約烤10-15分鐘。
8. 撒上混合香料了就可以開動啦!
