Baked Garlic Potato Wedges | 如何製作蒜香烤馬鈴薯









Yeah, its a slacked-at-home Sunday. The only thing i need to do is doing nothing at home. But hey, girls gonna eat. I get out of bed and check off the ingredient that i have to see what i can make and realised i only have potato in my kitchen. So i was like "Let's make baked potato wedges"! 

And also see what spices i have. Be adventurous, cooking can be fun you will never know how it turn out to be!
So, how to get cripsy baked potato? After cutting potatoes to large wedges, soak it to water, rinse and rub few times to reduce starch. Next, place on a towel and pat dry.
I decided to make on of my favourite dipping sauce. It is quick and easy but trust me, it goes well with baked potato wedges! Chop some lemon skin finely and squeeze some lemon juice into mayonnaise, mix well and—voilà! You are done!

Ingredient:
1. Potato 3
2. Garlic 3 cloves
3. Paprika Powder 2 tsp
3. Basil leaves 1 tbsp
4. Olive oil 1 tbsp
5. Salt 2 tsp
6. Lemon
7. Mayonnaise

Method:
1. Cut potato into large wedges.
2. Rinse and rub potato 3-4 times to remove starch. 
3. Drain potato; place on paper towels and pat dry.
4. Add minced garlic, paprika powder, salt and olive oil.
5. Rub evenly.
6. Heat oven to 200°C and bake for 25-30minutes.
7. Sprinkle some basil leaves on top and you are done!


食材:
馬鈴薯 3顆 (2人份)

香料:
蒜頭切末 3瓣,甜椒粉 2茶匙,羅勒葉粉 1湯匙,橄欖油 1湯匙,鹽 2茶匙

沾醬:
美乃滋,檸檬

作法:
1. 馬鈴薯清水洗淨表皮切角。
2. 切好後放進水裏搓洗,換水直到水變清澈為止。
3. 洗好後抹乾。
4. 加入蒜末,甜椒粉,鹽巴和橄欖油均勻搓揉。
5. 馬鈴薯整齊鋪在烤盤上,烤箱上下加熱模式200度烤25-30分鐘。 (每個烤箱溫度都不同 ,烤的過程可以用叉子插入測試馬鈴薯的鬆軟度)
6. 烤好後撒上羅勒葉粉就完成了!

沾醬:
1. 少許檸檬皮切末,擠入少許檸檬汁和適量美乃滋拌勻。
