Creamy Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin 1/2
2. Onion 1/2
3. Chicken Stock 200ml
4. Evaporated milk 30ml
5. Bacon 2 slices
6. Crabsticks 2pcs
Seasoning:
1. Salt
2. Black Pepper (Optional)
3. Mixed herb (Optional)
Method:
1. Cut pumpkin into half, remove seed, cut into pieces, remove skin and dice pumpkin.
2. Dice onion.
3. Cut crab sticks finely.
4. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large saucepan.
5. Gently cook diced pumpkin and onion.
6. Stir in chicken broth.
7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until soft.
8. Add evaporated milk.
9. Add a pinch of salt.
10. Blend into puree using blender.
11. Fry bacon in water.
Tips: Add just enough water to completely coat the bottom of the pan and cook over medium-high heat until the water has evaporated. Reduce the heat to medium and cook the bacon until crisp.
12. Decorate your soup.
奶油南瓜汤
材料:
1.南瓜 半棵
2. 洋蔥 半棵
3. 雞湯 200毫升
4. 淡奶 30毫升
5. 培根 2片
6. 蟹柳 2條
调味料
1. 鹽 少許
2. 胡椒粉 少許 (依喜好)
3. 混合香料 少許 (依喜好)
做法:
1. 將南瓜切半,去籽,切塊,去皮和切碎。
2. 洋蔥切碎。
3. 蟹柳切片。
4. 燒熱鍋子,倒入2湯匙橄欖。
5. 加入南瓜和洋蔥碎。
6. 加入雞湯。
7. 用文火煮10分鐘至軟身。
8. 加入淡奶。
9. 加入少許鹽。
10. 用攪拌機將湯料攪爛。
11. 把培根煎脆。
貼士:加入水蓋過培根,轉大火煮至沸騰。水收乾後轉小火慢煎
12. 隨喜好裝飾南瓜湯。
