Pacific Clam With Braised Tofu
Ingrediant:
1. Pacific clam 1 can
2. Egg tofu 2 tube
3. Choy sum 1 stalk
4. Egg 1
5. Garlic 5 gloves
Seasoning:
1. Water 1 cup
2. Chicken stock 1/2 cup
3. Abalone sauce 2 tbsp
4. Dark soy sauce 1tsp
5. Cornstarch 3 tbsp
Method:
1. Tear off choy sum
2. Slice egg tofu
3. Coat egg tofu in cornstarch evenly
4. Chop spring onion
5. Cut onion cloves into thin slices
6. Boil water
7. Scald choy sum with hot boiling water for 2 minutes
8. Drained well and set aside
9. Make scrambled egg and set aside
10. Fried egg tofu until golden crisp
11. Heat some oil into the pan, stir fried garlic until fragrant
12. Pour water into the pan
13. Pour chicken stock into the pan
14. Add in abalone sauce
15. Scald pacific clam into hot boiling water for 30 seconds
16. Remove abalone and drained well
17. Add in dark soy sauce
18. Add in cornstarch to thicken sauce鲍贝烩黄金豆腐
材料:
1. 鲍贝 1罐
2. 蛋豆腐 2条
3. 菜心 一颗
4. 鸡蛋 一颗
5. 蒜头 5瓣
调味料
1. 水 一杯
2. 鸡汤 半杯
3. 鲍鱼酱 2汤匙
4. 黑酱油 1茶匙
5. 玉米粉 3汤匙
做法:
1. 菜心撕成小片
2. 蛋豆腐切片
3. 把玉米粉平均沾上蛋豆腐
4. 葱段切成碎
5. 蒜切成片
6. 把水煮沸
7. 把菜心加入沸水煮2分钟即可
8. 沥干备用
9. 把鸡蛋炒至7分熟备用
10. 蛋豆腐煎至金黄
11. 烧热一茶匙油,爆香蒜片
12. 加入水
13. 加入鸡汤
14. 加入鲍鱼酱
15. 加入鲍贝汆烫30秒
16. 鲍贝取出沥干
17. 加入黑酱油
18. 加入太白粉煮至浓稠
