Homemade Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
1. Tomato 4pcs
2. Garlic 6 cloves
3. Shallots 4pcs
4. Salt 1/4 tsp
5. Black pepper

Method:
1. Mice shallots and garlic.
2. Rinse tomato and cut a small cross at the bottom.
3. Boil a pot of water and drop tomatoes into boiling water for 15 seconds.
4. Immediately dip in cold water.
5. Peel off tomato skin.
6. Cut tomato into half and remove pedicle head.
7. Puree tomatoes in blender.
8. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and cook minced garlic and shallots until fragrant.
9. Pour in pureed tomatoes. Cook in high heat until boiled. After that reduce heat to low.
10. Seasoning with salt and pepper.
11. Stir occasionally so the sauce doesn’t stick on the bottom. Cook until the sauce get thicker. If you want your sauce a little thinner, add some water. 

自製蕃茄醬

材料
1. 番茄 4顆
2. 蒜頭 6瓣
3. 紅蔥頭 4顆
4. 鹽巴 1/4茶匙
5. 黑胡椒 少許 

做法:
1. 把蒜頭和紅蔥頭切碎。
2. 番茄洗淨,底部切十字讓番茄皮更容易脫皮。
3. 燒熱一鍋水,醬番茄放入鍋中15秒。
4. 把番茄撈起立刻放入冷水浸泡幾秒。
5. 將番茄去皮。
6. 番茄切半去蒂。
7. 用攪拌機將番茄打碎。
8. 倒入1湯匙橄欖油,燒熱油鍋爆香蒜米和紅蔥頭碎。
9. 倒入番茄汁以大火煮至沸騰,然後轉小火。
10. 加入鹽和黑胡椒調味。
11. 不時攪避免黏鍋。熬至濃稠。如果不想太濃稠可以加點水。
