Four Treasures Sea Asparagus
Ingredient:
1. Sea Asparagus 1 can
2. Button mushroom 1 can
3. Chinese pea 1 pack
4. Carrot 1/2
5. Garlic 3 cloves

 Seasoning:
1. Oyster sauce 1tsp
2. Sugar 1tbsp
3. Sesame oil 2 tbsp
4. Shaoxing rice wine
5. Water 20ml

 Method:
1. Open can and drained sea asparagus
2. Chop garlic into miced
3. Rinse chinese pea
4. Cut button mushroom into half
5. Cut carrot into thin slices
6. Heat some oil into the pan, stir fried garlic until fragrant
7. Add button mushroom and stir-fried quickly
8. Add in chinese pea
9. Add in carrot slice
10. Pour water into the pan and cooked for 1-2 minutes
11. Add in sea asparagus
12. Add in oyster sauce
13. Add in sugar, stir-fried 1-2 minutes
14. Add in shoaling rice wine


四宝鲍筍

材料:
1. 鲍筍 1罐
2. 蘑菇 1罐
3. 荷兰豆 1包
4. 萝卜 半条
5. 蒜头 3瓣

调味料:
1. 蚝油 1汤匙
2. 糖 1tbsp
 3. 香油 2tbsp
4. 绍兴酒 1大匙
5. 水 10ml

做法:
1. 罐头鲍筍打开后沥干,只保留鲍筍
2. 蒜头切末
3. 荷兰豆洗净
4. 蘑菇切半
5. 萝卜切片
6. 把油烧热,爆香蒜末
7. 加入蘑菇略炒
8. 加入荷兰豆
9.加入萝卜片
10. 加入水略煮 1-2分钟
11. 加入鲍筍
12. 加入蚝油
13. 加入糖翻炒1-2分钟
14.最后加入绍兴酒即可
