Slice Squid Tube With Ginger & Scallion | 姜葱贵妃鲍



Chinese Dish:  Slice Squid Tube With Ginger & Scallion  

Ingredient:
1. Razor clams 1can
2. Ginger 2 slices
3. Garlic 2 cloves
4. Red onion 2
5. Carrot half
6. Green onion 1 stalk 

Seasoning 
1. Abalone sauce 1tsp
2. Chicken stock 20ml
3. Black soy sauce 1 tbsp
4. Shaoxing wine 1tsp
5. Crystal sugar 1half tbsp

Method:
1.  Heat some oil into the pan, stir fried ginger slices, garlic, red onion slices until fragrant 
2. Add in carrot slices
3. Add in abalone sauce 
4. Pour chicken stock into the pan
5. Add in black soy sauce
6.  Add in crystal sugar
7. Add in razor clams and cooked for 1-2 minutes
8. Add in shoaxing wine

9. Add in green onion and stir-fried quickly until mix well. Dish up and serve


姜葱贵妃鲍

材料:
1. 贵妃鲍 1罐
2. 姜 2片
3. 蒜头 2瓣
4. 红葱头 2个
5. 萝卜 半个
6. 青葱 1颗 

调味料
1. 鲍鱼酱 1汤匙
2. 鸡汤 20毫升
3. 黑酱油 1茶匙
4. 绍兴酒 1大匙
5. 冰糖 1个半茶匙

做法:
1. 把油烧热,爆香姜片,蒜头和红葱头
2. 加入萝卜片
3. 加入鲍鱼酱
4. 倒入鸡汤
5. 加入黑酱油
6. 加入冰糖
7. 加入贵妃鲍略煮1-2分钟
8. 加入绍兴酒
9. 加入葱段略加拌炒即可起锅
